Dealtcare Walk-In Tubs wants people who contact the service to receive fair, honest treatment. Please tell us when an experience falls short. This page describes how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You may raise concerns about:
Providers in our network operate independently. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with work at your home, starting with the provider and keeping a written record often helps.
Please also share your concern with us. Feedback helps us maintain an honest network, and repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Dealtcare Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent the provider.
Write to contact@dealtcare.lat with:
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the concern. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If our reply does not address your concern, respond and request another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local BBB may also offer assistance. A state contractor licensing board may be another resource when the concern involves a licensed contractor.
Send complaint correspondence to contact@dealtcare.lat.
